EuroCrime and Ethics in the Research Domain – An Ongoing Commitment

The ongoing commitment of the EuroCrime Think Tank about Ethics in Research and Innovation actively goes on through dedicated training, sensitisation and information activities, and through synergies with different public and private entities at a national and international level.

EuroCrime will participate to the 19th Annual Conference of the European Society of Criminology in Ghent, Belgium, from the 18th to the 21st September 2019. Dr. Silvia Ciotti, Senior Researcher of EuroCrime will present a speech titled “Ethics in EU funded project and beyond”. The presentation will examine the practical aspects regarding the compliance with the rules and prescriptions regarding Ethics in the scientific domain and beyond, with a focus on EU funded project in the field of Research and Innovation.
