THE CAMPAIGN TO PREVENT FRAUDS AND THREATS AGAINST ELDERLY PEOPLE CONTINUES

On February 23th 2019 at “ex Fabbrica Meucci” hall in Vernio (Prato, Italy) the third public meeting of the “Informed and safe elders” campaign dedicated to inform and prevent frauds and threats against elderly people had been held. The initiative had been organized by  Piero Quaglia Foundation and AUSER Elders’ Center La Sartoria Vernio in collaboration with EuroCrime. The meeting had been moderated by Dr. Filippo Balistreri and further speakers had been Giovanni Morganti (Mayor of Vernio), Marco Gualtieri (Piero Quaglia Foundation), Lieutenant  Breschi Gianluca (Command of Carabinieri, Vernio), Andrea Cambi (AUSER Prato), Luciano Lacaria (SPI CGIL Prato), Michele Boccardi (FNP CISL Firenze-Prato), Lorenzo Lapi (ANTEAS). The meeting saw the large participation of the citizens.
