The 2nd Steering Committee meeting of the ENCLAVE project had been held on May 18-19 2022 in Florence, at the Hotel Londra Meeting Center. The six project partners met in order to monitor the project progress and results toward the enhancement of the capacity of legal & justice professionals on forensic interview procedures for child victims and witnesses of violence.
The partners are: the Union of Women Members’ Associations of Heraklion Prefecture – UWAH (Greece, project leader), EuroCrime – Research, Training and Consulting SrL (Italy), University of Crete (Greece), “Carlos III” University of Madrid (Spain), Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), Women’s Support and Information Centre NPO – WSIC (Estonia).
Some among the main achieved results had been presented: the Comparative Country Report, the Benchmark Protocol, the Victim Journeys and the Policy Recommendations. The development of the training materials for the capacity building of criminal justice & legal professionals had been analyzed in deep in order to start the training phase quickly. The online Database of the most relevant Victim Support organizations had been presented, and the following steps for the development of guidelines and trainings for victim support professionals discussed. Finally, the state of the art of the dissemination strategy of project results had been presented and analyzed.
