Target

Project Managers and Planners, Area Managers and Assistants, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Researchers and all those subjects interested or involved in the designing and drafting of project proposals for the participation in European, national or local calls for proposals.

Objectives

The fundamental aim of this training is to provide participants with the basic knowledge of European project planning in order to draft a proposal, starting from the fundamental elements that constitute a project: from the preliminary analysis, that must necessarily precede the drafting of the proposal, to the tools and the logical design techniques and their characteristics. Particular attention will be paid to the drafting of the budget and to the financial aspects of the proposal (e.g. the new Lump Sum method, the calculation of costs for human resources, the relevance of the indirect costs, the eligible expenses).

Training method

The workshop can be delivered both remotely/on line, or entirely or partially in-person.

Training material

At the end of the workshop, the slides and PowerPoint presentations will be delivered in electronic format to the attendees. During the workshop, web pages and useful links relating to the different parts of the programme will be provided, and used as a fundamental support for the practical activities and exercises.

Duration

12 hours. Upon request, it is possible to hold shorter workshops to explore one or more topics of the programme.
